How a WSI POS Deployment Is Actually Scoped

We do not publish a single headline price, and we are not the cheapest option on the market. This page explains what moves the number, what is included, and what is quoted separately — so you can judge whether a proposal is reasonable before you ask for one.

Holding a quote from another vendor? Compare the total cost over three years — prepaid bundle versus monthly, with VAT and hardware handled properly.

What moves the number

Six things determine the size of a deployment. If you can answer these, you can predict your own ballpark before talking to us.

Counters and stations

How many places take orders. A single counter is a different deployment from a counter plus a tableside server app plus a second till for peak hours.

Kitchen and bar stations

Whether you run one kitchen display, separate kitchen and bar screens, or kitchen printers at each station. Station routing is configured per category.

Branches

Each branch runs its own counter, kitchen display and local database. More branches means more deployments, a rollout plan and configuration templates.

Hardware you already own

If you have compatible tablets, printers and cash drawers, you may only need software and configuration. If not, hardware is quoted as a package.

Implementation depth

Menu size, modifier complexity, tax and discount rules, and how many staff need training all move the implementation effort.

Integrations

Connecting POS data to accounting, ERP, BI or other systems is scoped per deployment because it depends on the systems involved.

What every deployment includes

A POS is a deployment, not a download. These are part of the scope, not add-ons you discover later.

  • POS software licence for the counters in scope
  • Menu, category and modifier configuration
  • Philippine peso and VAT 12% tax configuration
  • Receipt and invoice layout setup
  • Kitchen display or kitchen printer routing
  • Staff accounts, roles and approval PINs
  • Manager training and cashier training
  • Go-live support on your first days of service

What is quoted separately

Kept separate on purpose, so you can see what you are paying for and decide what you actually need.

Hardware

Compatible tablets, thermal receipt printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners and kitchen displays — supplied by WSI or bought on your own. We confirm the exact models during scoping.

Integrations

Accounting, ERP, BI and delivery-platform connections, scoped against the specific systems you use.

Additional branches

Rollout of further branches from a configuration template, with installation and training at each site.

Optional services

On-site visits, extended support terms, additional training sessions, and custom reporting requests.

How the commercial process runs

  1. 1

    Scoping conversation

We map your counters, kitchen flow, branches and menu. No charge, no obligation.

  2. 2

    Written proposal

A fixed-scope proposal separating software, hardware, implementation and optional services, with the assumptions stated.

  3. 3

    Implementation

Configuration, menu import, hardware setup and training, followed by go-live.

  4. 4

    Ongoing support

Support terms are part of the proposal. You are never locked into hardware you cannot replace.

Pricing questions we get asked

Why isn't there a price on this page?

Because a real number depends on variables we would be guessing at: how many counters, whether you need one kitchen screen or separate kitchen and bar screens, how many branches, how complex your modifiers are, and whether you already own compatible hardware. We would rather scope it and give you a written figure than publish a headline number that turns out to be wrong for your setup.

Can we start with software only and use hardware we already own?

Yes, that is a supported starting point. Bring-your-own-device deployments work when your existing tablets and peripherals are compatible; we confirm the models during scoping. It reduces the upfront cost and keeps you free to replace hardware on your own terms later.

Is there a per-transaction fee or a cut of sales?

No. WSI POS is licensed per deployment, not per transaction, and we do not take a percentage of your sales.

What happens if we stop paying?

Your sales data lives in a database at your store, and you can export it. Ask us to walk through the export path during scoping so you can see exactly what you would keep. We would rather earn the renewal than trap you in it.

Do we have to buy a specific tablet or terminal?

No. WSI POS is tablet-friendly rather than tied to one proprietary terminal. It supports compatible hardware and peripherals depending on configuration, and we will tell you plainly which models we have verified.
